Being aware of the state of your mental health and making that a priority in your life is the first step to living more balanced. Identify and acknowledge what is affecting your mental health in everyday life. Is it positive? Is it negative? And, what can we do to improve upon our own mental health?

Our fundamental relationship with food is a learned behavior and it translates into our daily habits. And our daily habits then translate into health status, mental and physical health.

 

From the time we are young, our lives are centered around food. Our daily life and events are surrounded by food. How do you view food? What does food mean to you? Is it nourishment? Is it enjoyment? Can it be both? (Hint; the answer is YES, it can be both!)

Not only does your diet impact your mental and physical state, but moving your body is going to influence your overall health status as well. Whether that be strength training, going for a jog, doing yoga, or dancing... what body movements make you happy and sustain your mental health and physique?

Achieving balance will look different on everyone. There is not one golden ticket recipe that will work for every one. However, being in a state of balance is possible for everyone! I can help you find the balance you're looking for in order to improve your quality of life. I will teach you and help you implement those healthy values into daily life in order to attain and sustain your health & wellness goals!
